Congratulations to Nancy Popovich, winner of our 33rd Anniversary Contest. Nancy
was booked by Ken Durrant of Funk’s Moving. Nancy moved from Edmonton to
Halifax in April of 2023 and was hauled by Amar Nijjar of Provincial Moving & Storage.
We tracked down Nancy on January 2nd with the good news and she said that the
service Amar and crew provided to her was great, and she said “Amar actually has a
great sense of humour.”

2022 32nd ANNIVERSARY CONTEST WINNER – $3200
Congratulations to Julia Smyth and Rodrigo Cuadra on winning our 32nd Anniversary Contest and $3200.00. We caught up to Julia & Rodrigo on holidays in Squamish January 3rd, a day before their return flight to Toronto.

2020 30th ANNIVERSARY CONTEST WINNER – $3000
Meet the winners of our 30th Anniversary Contest and a sweet $3000.00. The Ghaffar family moved from Calgary to Oakville in February 2020. We spoke to Mr. Ghaffer in early January to tell him the good news and here’s what he had to say: “We are thrilled to be the recipients of the Great Canadian Van Lines Anniversary Contest!!!!! Congratulations to Roland Siem and his wife for winning our 27th Anniversary Contest and a nice prize of $2700. We managed to track down Roland early in January he just happened to be in Florida on holidays and sent us this picture from the beach.

We are pleased to announce that Karen and Andrew Kowal are Great Canadian Van Lines 2015 Anniversary contest winners. The Kowals booked their move with Purely Canadian Movers and moved from BC to Ontario in July of 2015.
When Karen heard the news she stated “wow – this is very exciting news! I did check out your website so unless this is a very well done joke – it appears to be real and very happy news. Great Canadian Van Lines has certainly been our good luck charm”.

Congratulations to Wendy and Paul O’Connell, winners of our 2013 23rd Anniversary Contest. Wendy and Paul moved with Great Canadian from Unionville, Ontario to Kelowna, BC and are the winners of our prize draw of $2300.

Congratulations to John and Yvonne Cerhit our contest winners of our 2012, 22nd Anniversary contest. John and Yvonne relocated from Ontario to B.C. during the summer of 2012 and are the winners of a cool $2200.00.
